2 weeks ago,a coworker sent me an email that I was too weird for him to be friends with because I was sending him mixed signals. B4 this we had been close for awhile and I told him it was best that we ignore each other so I can get over my crush on him since he already has a gf not in the US . During all of this, he suggested that the best way to get over him was to sleep with him. I thought he really wanted me because he kept asking if I wanted to do it. Then he told me that I should do it with someone else since he already has a gf. I felt hurt and angry since I told him things that I wanted him to do to me. Days later I called him a dog via text since he jerked my feelings around, then I felt bad about it and wrote a letter apologizing to him. Then 2 weeks ago, he looked at me like he wanted to say hi and I emailed him asking him if we could just treat each other civily and say hi. He said I was too werd and that I shouldn't email, text no hi. I'm ignoring him, he sometimes looks.

I think it's him, but time might be needed to dissipate any awkward emotions or feelings you both have.

Tell him who really is being weird, he is, you're being used if anything. He's got guilt and you are the scape goat, because, (and this is your red flag), he's got a girlfriend. How do you fit in the picture, the bad guy all together. Girls are dangerous these days, my ex had other problems, not ever was it cheating. It's really hard to go forward trying to hook up with a decent girl these days, sole reason being your behavior. Is it so hard to go after a single person?
P.S. Mam you have to try to get this out of your head, every few hours you mention or ask the same question, over and over. Please talk to a friend, the people here on answers may not fulfill what you need to hear, especially the smart a$$ people on this site, whose remarks will end up hurting you. I feel and hear your screams for help. Talk to a supervisor at work or seek professional help. Sorry for your pain, I think, it will go away when you get it off your mind.
God bless us all...

What you should do, honestly you made a big mistake first of all. He's a typical jerk, why do women even bother w/guys that have gf's? Common sense it's bad Karma both way's! Damage has been done, u must have sum feeling's for this punk, don't look his way not unless u have to, & if u do look at him just look at him like u dont even know him. He might be looking at u, but oh well he thinks ur werdo. Shake this guy off & don't bother w/him, even if he want's to be nice, stay away, forgive, but dont fall into any of his games, that's all he is about! Trust me! I don't even bother w/jerks, u need to love u/r self enough to know what is right from wrong! I bet u know that!=)

Wow, girl i feel your pain I am going through something similar with a guy who sits next to me at work. He was taking pictures of me on his phone and sending them to me, emailing and texting me comments about my breasts, and I let myself get sucked into thinking he liked me and etc. it's a big drama. For a guy to say the best way for you to get over your feelings for him is TO SLEEP WITH HIM he's an absolute sex-crazed jerkoff (pardon the pun) and I think you should stay away. Don't feel compelled to apologize any more, try your best to contain your anger and/or disappointment (I know it is hard) and hold your head high. Do ignore him, don't pay attention to his looks because again, he sounds like a sex crazed sicko.
