Take a good vitamin and mineral suppliment and eat banannas and orange juice and drink lowfat milk, yogurt...sounds like a potassium or calcium defeciency or both. A good suppliment and a good nutritious diet would do wonders for you.

the same thing was often happening to me at my swimming practice
you have to eat bananas and stretch if you are doing any physical activities involving your legs, feet, toes
stretch your toes by pulling on them and pointing your feets in and out

Put a towel on the floor and reel it in with the strength of your toes (extend and squeeze, extend and squeeze). This works out the proper muscles, and in no time you will be doing the Tango!

Maybe you are deficient in some minerals. Try adding a sports drink now and then to your diet.
