If you've paid enough into the Social Security system to qualify, and your disability qualifies you.
It certainly won't hurt to apply. Your marital status does NOT affect your qualifications - it's all about how many quarters you have paid in, and the benefit amount will depend on how much you've made in the past ten years.

You were diagnosed with MS, has it disabled you in anyway. You along with your Dr. will have to show the extent of said disability.

Yes; but there are certain criteria that one must meet.
Here's the Social Security Administration's webpage for Disability Benefits to see if you Qualify:
http://ssa.gov/d&s1.htm
There are pages to help you see if you are likely to qualify and you can also apply online.
Good luck with obtaining the benefits, and I wish you all the best with your health and medical treatments.

you're able to be waiting to touch incapacity amenities/social amenities to make certain that innovations. It shouldn't impact whether or no longer he gets incapacity, whether it may impact the cost each and each of you're paid (until eventually you're already residing mutually, wherein case you will be getting paid couple's expenditures already). Congratulations for procuring married, whether it is quicker or later!

Yes, if you qualify otherwise. Being married has nothing to do with social security disability payments. You may go to
http://www.ssa.gov/disability/
to see what you need to do next.

Ask the proper government agency, my guess is yes. The government isn't going to just let you suffer without medical care.
