I had my address book along the left side of the screen when outlook was open and I accidentally closed it, how do I set it up again so that is is along the left side when outlook is open.

go to view, layout, and check mark the box by contacts.

Left click the addresses icon choose customize. On the add tool bar side click contacts, then "add" now close this page a new contacts icon will be in your tool bar at the top double click and it will open them up on the left of the screen where they were.

on the top bar, Click on View and then choose Layout.
One of the checkboxes will say Contacts, check that box and click apply.

call your internet service and ask them what's the POP3 and SMTP for installation e-mail in outlook. it is going to look some thing like this: POP.MAIL,internet SMPT.MAIL.internet there will be a service call in the following also. this does no longer paintings for AOL
