How do you Potty train a Jack Russel Terrier??

I just got one and i want to potty train him with out potty pads but to scratch the door if it needs to pee.

the same way you house break anyother dog.

i am in the same situation the best thing you can do is take him out about 3 times a day if you can. Once in the morning. Also feed him once a day and wait about 20 minutes and take him outside and let him do his business outside. also once he has give him a treat and praise him. and if you don't want no accidents in the middle of the night also before bed time.
