My boyfriend loves when I make "Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo" and he has NO idea how unbelievably easy it is.
All it calls for is :
1 Pkg Fettuccine Noodles
Chicken Breast
1 Can of Campbell's Mushroom Soup
1/2 - 1 Can of milk
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
All you do is boil and drain the noodles. Mix in the soup and milk. Start with 1/2 cup and keep adding until it is at a consistency you like. It should be pretty thick. Add some garlic and pepper, the soup is pretty salty so you don't need to add any. Then add the cheese. I usually just keep adding and tasting if it gets to think I just add more milk. It's truley fool proof. Then cut the chicken into slices and pan fry it on a med heat with some olive oil garlic pepper and a little butter. Then you either mix the chicken in the noodles or put the pieces on top after you plate it. It's very pretty and REALLY good, personally I think it taste better than when you order it in most restaurants. My boyfriend loves and always thinks I put a lot of time and effort into the meal. It actually takes less than 30 mins, which frees up plenty of time to plan a great dessert. Good luck hope all works out.

2 limes, juice only
2 tbsp Olive oil
pinch red chilli powder
pinch Salt
pinch Sugar

Method
1. Joint the chicken into 4 pieces (2 legs and 2 breasts with wing bones attached). Make 2-4 deep incisions in each piece, without cutting right through the flesh, then place in a shallow dish.
2. Mix the lemon juice with the ginger garlic paste, salt and chilli powder . Spread all over the chicken and set aside to marinate for 2 hours. Meanwhile mix together the ingredients for the spiced yogurt marinade.
3. Drain the chicken, coat with the spiced yogurt mixture and set aside to marinate for another 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6.
5. Put the chicken on a rack in a roasting tray and roast for 12-15 minutes, then take out of the oven and baste with the butter and oil mixture.
6. Return the chicken to the oven and cook for another 5 minutes or until it is cooked. Remove leave to rest for 5 minutes.
7. For the salad and dressing, mix all the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
8. Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan on the hob for 1 minute until crackling and leave to cool slightly before crushing in the pestle and mortar. Place the seeds in a mixing bowl and stir in the rest of the dressing ingredients. Mix together and toss into the salad.
9. Serve the chicken sprinkled with lime juice and chaat masala, accompanied by the salad.

Lobster tail is pretty fast. You just put a slit down the center of the tail and make sure no shell is on the meat. Put some butter and garlic on top and then put it in the oven. Bake it at 350 degrees. For a side you could make linguine with a clam sauce. You can get a can of clams and cook on the stovetop. Add some white wine, butter and garlic. It is all pretty quick. That's what my boyfriend makes for em when he wants to butter me up!:)

Get a nice cut of Australian Angus beef, cooked medium. Top it with your choice of sauce ( i go for bernaise). For sides i recommend quartering some tiny chat potatos and pan baking them in the oven with finely diced spanish onion sprinkled over the top and a little olive oil. Cook on the highest temp to ensure they go crispy, you can even par-boil the potatoes before the oven to ensure they are fully cooked to the centre. Have with that a fresh garden salad and i guarentee you will enjoy it.
Not only does it taste sensational but it is surprisingly easy
