I eat about 111 slices of cheese pizza because they are so delicious. I am trying to gain weight because I am way too skinny. I've been doing this for about 20 weeks. The pizza isn't very greasy, it comes from my college dining hall. What do you guys think?

I also work out 21 hours a week, run about 25 miles a week, lift weights, and I drink a 30g protein shake every day. Add to that 4 pound of corn flakes a week, 4 peanut butter sandwiches a day, scrambled eggs for breakfast, and 2 gallons of water a week.

So that's like 15 slices a day for the past 5 months???!! I wouldn't want to be your body. What makes you think massive quantities of pizza will help you gain weight? How skinny is "way too skinny"? You need to talk to your parents, a nutritionist, a doctor, or your college's health unit about proper nutrition, and about what is a "normal" weight for your height and bone structure. Are your parents skinny? This could be genetic make up, or just be an age thing . . . time, and all that pizza will catch up with you. Not to mention scurvy (from lack of vegetables), diverticulitis (from lack of fibre), heart disease (from too much cholesterol), gall bladder and liver problems (from too much fat), and constipation from all that cheese ... and countless other problems. It's not funny, its serious. This is an eating disorder just like anorexia or bulimia. The fact that you have all this accumulated data on quantities of food and exercise can also signal a serious problem. Stop! Get help!

Well, if you're a freshman, I think you've gone way past the Freshman 15.

But seriously, no. I really don't think it's healthy for you to be eating so much pizza. Being really skinny isn't a bad thing (neither is being fatter) but it's more about being comfortable with who you are. Who said you were skinny, anyway, and by whose standards? If you want to gain weight, this is probably the way to go. If you want to have a shortened life span and die early, this is definitely the way to go. What college is this, anyway, that you eat so much of their pizza?

Funny, your original question didn't have those somewhat alleviating details. But anyway, no. It's not healthy, even with everything else you (supposedly) do. So stop.

Hello eating too much pizza!

No eating 111 slices of pizza is not good for you. It's not good for your cholesterol, your heart, your blood pressure. None of that. If you're interested in gaining weight, why not eat more healthier foods. Eat more smaller portions. Eat potatoes (but watch your intake, because it is a starch). Drink milk shakes. They'll help you gain weight. Eat peanut butter. Exercise, purchase a power mix. It helps with weight gaining. Nuts are good too, just don't over indulge.

What makes you think you're too skinny? Consider your height, your age, and your bone structure. Also consider if your parents were slender then you will probably be that way also. If someone told you that you were skinny maybe they were jealous of you. Don't let people influence how you feel about yourself.

That is not really healthy. It is high in fats and carbs. It can cause you have problems with you heart and your blood sugar. There are more healthy ways to gain weight. Nutritionists recommend trying to eat an extra 300-500 calories a day. You can do this by adding a little bit more food to each of your regular meals, or snacking more often. Eat higher calorie foods and add more complex carbohydrates to your diet such as grains and beans, especially if you're exercising more. No matter if you are trying to gain or lose weight it is always important to make sure you have a balanced diet, I would have to say yours sounds FAR from balanced. You could end up causing serious health problems for yourself in the future. Be careful and good luck.

Even if your skinny and tring to gain weight this is not the way to do it. That is way to much startch "carbs" not to mention all the fat from the cheese. Cheese is good in moderation, but too much is so not right. I would try to gain weight in a healthier manner. Eat properly just take in more calories. Don't do as much cardio and lift some weights. Hope this helps you, but please don't eat that much cheese pizza.

no.
thats really not healthy.
pizza contains alot of fat even if its not greasy.
you still need to eat balanced meals everyday
find a food guide pyramid and eat the highest serving size of each catagory.
ex. grain catagory 6-11 servings, you need to eat 11.
also you could take a powder formula you mix with water to help you with your wieght gain.
if you keep up eating 111 slices you will end up with clogged atreries and very high cholesterol.

This is a terrible way to gain weight!
All cheese is greasy, and full of cholesterol.
You need lean protein, to gain muscle and you need to work out with weights.
All you are doing is putting fat and cholesterol in your body, and you arent giving your body anything nutritional. You are actually starving your body of nutrients.
Please stop eating that crap.. It will slow you down, mind body and spirit. I promise...
Junk food has addictive qualities, and this has gotten ahold on you.
Do something else right away.

As long as you're not lactose intolerant. Stay away from the Chuck E Cheese pizza. You'll be in the bathroom before you leave the place.
