alright. honestly please. only if you know from experience how to flatten a bent cd (it came that way). it was a very expensive programe and i need a valid answer. THANKS!! bye

you could try to put it in between two heavy flat objects and put it in an oven at say 150 degrees for say 10-15 minutes and let it cool slowly should do it. don't put to much heat or you will melt it. i did this once and it worked

even if you manage it I doubt it will work properly after being bent, I suggest you send it back not try to fix it. If you just bought it is should have some kind of warranty, or if it was the shipping company's fault they are required to replace it, or pay for it.

Not possible without damaging the disc. If it came that way you need to return it for a refund or exchange.
