Cold pressed oils are best, as I believe heat can destroy the good properties in many whole foods. Oil can go rancid(go off, become acidid), so it should be kept out of sun. Oil is actually needed by the body. For example: if you have toxin laden fat in your body, you body will not release it, unless it has a replacement. There is abook called Clear Body, Clean Mind by L.Ron Hubbard it talks about this good oil bad oil situation. I'd be guessing agood organic peanut oil would be the best of the three you mention.

You shouldn't have a lot of any grease or fat but one of the healthiest is probably peanut oil.
