I need help with what type of language this is please?

It was in a note from my pen pal she told me to translate something but I cant it says ICH LIEBE DICH FUZ......................

It's German but last word is not complete (could be "fuzzy"?).
It mean "I love you 'fuzzy'"

It's German: Ich-I, Liebe-love, dich fuz-I' not sure what that is..... It's saying, 'I love......'
