I think I projected to a VERY low level of vibration entity so then I have an attack or something I just found myself in this place where there where these people it was very dark. I wasn't ment to project in this place but after a while things just got scary. Where it started was after I had a conversation with one of them I sat in this dark place. This thing looked at me now I really got afraid it started doing things with its face (and it wasn't funny!) So now I really wanted to get out I turned my face to the left and I felt pain like I was lying down, so now I rememberd I was sleeping I tryed to get back but then its like something was forcing me not to go. I kept on trying until I could feel my phishical body but I didn't have full control over. When I did somethin started to pull me back in my sleep but now I haven't sleep since 11:30pm until now 03:49am.

You really should not mess around with things in the spiritual world when you do not know what you are doing and do not have the correct preparation for this. What you are doing is very dangerous. Do not go there out of curiosity. Please listen to me.

Stay away from this stuff. You already saw the bad about this, you don't want to get hurt do you? You don't know what lurks in these "realms"..., and you sure don't know what type of 'company' involves in this stuff-- You see the name of the page you linked to: Spells and Magic!!! Beware! This is witches junks, don't be messing with this! ....There are some wicked people out there who uses this stuff to harm innocent, curiours people like you; if your parents knew anything about this they wouldn't want you doing this kind of stuff. If you sure can't believe in any of these "grown-up" because in reality they are just like you on a childess level--and THAT'S something to be scared of! Turn back now and get your mind OUT OF THE OCCULT! Nothing is good for ANY human there......

Instead of trying to go to the Astral Planes, just try astral projection on earth, or "remote viewing".

I remember being very interested in this when I was a child. I did not ever accomplish it fully.
It sounds very frightening. I hope you are ok. I would not do it again if this is what it feels like. It sounds terrible.

I tried astral projection and i freaked out. Never tried it again...its too...weird for me...yes it does work though i dont know where we go..
and im 12, and mastered PSI
