Why is it that a woman can wear a low cut top or not wear a bra and then if you glance, not even to look but just because it is so obvious that they are exposing their anatomy, they get upset. This happened a few times, and I was like...why are you dressed like that and bouncing everywhere? How do you expect male or female not to look just out of the fact that it is impossible to not notice? Thanks

I don't know, but I agree with you, if I wear something flashy, or skin showing, or tight or sexy, I WANT TO BE NOTICED....I don't want to be groped or assaulted, but I want look and feel good and sexy about myself.

I do not wear such clothing myself, and I go so far as to not try this type of clothing on in the clothing store. However, girls I know in this situation say that they don't want a guy looking at them inappropriately. Girls give the reason for their clothing choices as "the only clothes that they can find in the store" or "I saw such-and-such on the red carpet wear this". They do not take the extra effort to try to dress modest. Simply said, they want and yet they don't want a guy to look there.

I am a girl and i would be offended too. not because you looked cause even i look. its like a car crash, its so ugly but you cant look away. but dont comment on it. its sorta out of line and makes you look like a jerk if you say it to their face. especially if you are not of any importance in their life and just a random person. but even if you are significant, no matter who you are, it is just embaressing when you are trying to get attention and look attractive and people see it totally opposite, like the why in the world do you look like that? but i totally think its gross when people do that.

They want attention, don't listen to them if they are mean. If someone "male or female" dresses that reveling, they are bound to be looked at...

Women that do that are not too bright...a woman with a brain knows that if they show flesh (and even a lot of times if they don't) that others will look...humans are visual creatures, it's just natural.

I really dont know...and am a woman myself. They probably dont have anything else to do....and are full of sh*t. Yes we can be stupid and do stupid things sometimes.
