give her a nice dose of vitamin C and some yummy active yogurts. If she is healthy, she won't be affected at all. you should see what homeless people eat.

first of all it was Peter Pan and Great Value. But there are a few things I know are good for food poisoning.

Activated Charcoal which you can find in capsules at Walgreens or most supermarkets. It absorbs toxins and poisons.

About a tablespoon of Powdered Slippery Elm which is an herb taken with a tiny bit of hot water so it forms a paste stops vomiting. This has worked for family that has gotten food poisoning. It has to be the powdered form though which is a little hard to find but we just keep it on hand at all times in case.

Lastly, Oregano Oil and Grapefruit Seed Extract are 2 powerful bacteria killers.

No need to panick yet. Just keep an eye out for the symptoms. If you see any, then go to a doctor.

Wikipedia says this about the symptoms of salmonella infection:

"They are usually gastrointestinal including nausea, vomiting, and bloody diarrhea with mucus. Headache, fatigue and rose spots are also possible."

Watch for symptoms. Salmonella is actually an infection. Some doctors may treat it with antibiotic, but in most cases it just has to run its course. In some cases antibiotics will actually make the symptoms last longer. Make sure she stays well hydrated in case of vomiting or diarrhea. If symptoms become severe then seek medical attention. Good luck.

Don't panic.
Just watch your daughter closely.
If she shows any signs of being sick, like nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, then take her quickly to a doctor or the ER.
But if her resistance is good, she might not even get sick.
