i feel for everyone in the anna nicole because their is a newborn baby that just has lost her mother.anna nicole has lived a very part live but when you lose a child that is a parnet worst fear is to lose a child and that can make anyone sad and do things they may not normally do. my question is anna and her mother has not got a long for years but she is a mother and she has lost her child and her grandson. my thing is why do all these people want to be the dad of the baby? i will tell you why because of the money the baby will get for the loss of her mother. i hope who ever the father is they will truly love this baby because at the end it is really about the baby . i am sad anna died at young age and i think she tried to get out of her sadness of the death of her son but she could not pull her safe out of her grif and her heart was really broken. please pray for the baby she has lost her mother and maybe the only daddy she has know. i say lets put anna to rest and let her be at peace

As I see more media coverage of this case I feel more and more sympathetic to Anna Nicole. I know people like to bash her for her flamboyant lifestyle but that was part of what made her interesting. I could always tell by watching her show how much she loved her son Daniel. I think if I had been in her situation I would have been overcome with grief as well. I hope they stop fighting over her body. It is starting to decompose as it has not been embalmed yet. I think they should let her rest in peace alongside her beloved son. I think her mother should stay out of it because it doesn't seem like they were close at all. I actually do hope that Howard K. Stern is the father. He has been by Anna's side for years and he seems to truly care for her. It's hard to say who's in it for the money but I know that he drew up the will for Anna leaving the money to the baby. This Birkhead guy just wants a piece of the action and he's selfish for making her body stay in the coroner's office rather than allowing her to be prepared for a proper burial...
She really was a candle in the wind....

Well the medical officials said that Daniel was killed from antidepressants and methadone. However the medical examiner said that she didn't have any pills in her stomach and he didn't find any signs of iv drug use. They said that it could be 3-5 weeks before the toxicology reports come back. I just can't see Howard hurting her as he seemed to adore her from all accounts. I guess we will have to wait and see. I think it is very sad. Aside from all the people that want to talk trash about her. Her baby is 5 months old and will never know her mom. She loved her son very much that was obvious and I am sure she loved that little girl just as much and she would of done anything for her. All these people that say they are her dad. They are motivated by the money that comes along with this child. I feel bad for the little girl and for Anna.

It's unfortunate what happened to Anna Nicole Smith and from what Anna's friend said, Birkhead is the father of the baby. I believe Howard K. Stern is in it for the money, he's making a ton off Anna's death selling his story, etc.. which i think is just plain wrong.
