15 min ago I aksed a question( how can I speak english like original american) and I got alot of fantasic answers from my friend, thanks to all of them... now I think one way is to find an american friend. I need to be confident and I think im not confident too much so what should I do?

Hi, you'll be fine, I think you can do it as long as you try, I read that you're Iranian and at work I have an Iranian friend and she speaks very good english with an accent but still very good. Plus you can speak it cause the way you write is pretty good, plus you should always leave the adorable accent that you'll have I really find Iranian accents adorable just like almost any accent.

Lack of confidence comes from focusing on yourself. Take the focus off you in everything you do and put it directly on the other person. When you talk be interested in who you're talking to. Remember, it's not how you look, how you talk, how you do what you do - it's about how they look, how they talk, and how they do what they do.
