STEP 1: Look for body language that might indicate someone is lying, such as not looking you in the eye when speaking to you, being fidgety, or acting nervous or uncomfortable.
STEP 2: Listen for inconsistencies in what the person tells you, such as different stories on different days, different time frames, mistakes in remembering details or mixing up details.
STEP 3: Notice if the person steadfastly resists answering any questions. Extreme defensiveness could mean that he or she is trying to hide something.
STEP 4: Notice if the person accuses you of lying or being deceitful when you really haven't been. This could reflect the other person's own underlying behavior, which he or she is projecting onto you rather than owning up to it.
STEP 5: Listen to your gut and intuition. You may just know someone is lying. If you are not sure, don't jump to conclusions. Try to get some evidence to back up your hunch.
STEP 6: Consider asking directly if the person has lied to you. Many people feel bad getting caught up in lies, and find it a relief to finally be honest.
STEP 7: Try to be understanding and listen to the person's reasons for lying. Was he trying not to hurt you? Was she afraid you would be angry, upset or disappointed?
STEP 8: Look at your possible role in having someone lie to you. Are you someone who gets so upset hearing the truth that others feel they can't be honest with you?

Someone told me a way. To check whether someone is cheating or not just ask them and look at their eyes while they're answering. When someone is lying he/she tends to move the eyes to the left, that's coz the eyes are somewhat affected by the working of the left hemisphere of the brain finding a way to lie. Or so someone told me (i didnot check if he was lying or not) :p

They're acting a little different. You find things that obviously arent yours in their room/car. Weird phone calls or texts which he/she quickly erases. "Private" phone calls. Can't spend the same amount of time with you. Smells like another girl. Mentions a girls/guys name more than normal. Pictures.

if the person starts acting different, like treating you bad, lying, not caring, etc. Hanging out with the opposite sex alot, going to bars, clubs all the time. Not spending much time with you. Making up excuses all the time.

If you suspect something you need to be spontaneous, but not obvious. If they say they're working late or something stop in with Chineese food, that way you look sweet, not suspicious. Just do things like that when he/she says they won't be home, working late, going out...you'll have an "in" to see who/what/where without looking like a jerk.

I caught my ex by sniffing her down there.

There is a distinct smell if she has been freshly touched.

If that don't do you, take a look at her actions, make a decision, confront, and if needs be, break it off. Plenty of women out there.

Look for the signs. Not where they say they're going to be. Suspicious phone calls. Phone numbers in their wallet. Suspicious calls on their cellphone. You try to get in touch with them & they're unavailable when they should be.
There's lots of signs.

it's all about actions, baby!!! i mean, okay, let say yall are goin on a date. and your partner seems pretty uncomfortable, rushing-kinda. always look at the watch, or checking the phone.
2ndly, when u call his cell via different number, he'll ask who's calling in a uncomfortable-unconfident tone. well, just test your partner, that'll be easy. like,
call and say
you- heyy
your gf/bf- err mind tellin me who's callin?
you- it's me
your gf/bf- ??? errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

good luck!!
