HI or HELLO HOW ARE YOU or HI ARE YOU FROM AROUND HERE for starters.
observe her body language, she will be seeing yours and she will know if you got what it takes to be with her or to have her attention in the first few minutes.
see what she is doing at the time you greeted, was she reading, doing sudoku, drinking something, show interest in that.
see what she is wearing, any jewelry, tattoos, unusual hairstyle, etc...observation wil open many doors.
