I am going to Berlin, Germany in late May to first week of July from New York.
How can I buy the cheapest ticket? The cheapest i've found is around $580. Are there cheaper tickets?

Try hotwire.com. I shop there for tickets all the time and they tend to have cheap rates!

orbitz - $450 + Tax = $584
cheaptickets - $450 + Tax = $580
