Cheap version - Traktor Studio. Obviously it can be obtained free, if you are an avid bit torrent user ;)
Better version - Ableton Live 5. best bit of software you can get for this IMO. Real time pitch/time shifting, the works!

ok so it relies upon in the adventure that your mac or pc listed the following are some courses pc: Adobe Soundbooth ect Mac: storage band, soundtrack professional, common sense studio and adobe soundbooth those arent all besides the undeniable fact that the few properly known ones.
