Two reasons:

1) Generally the liquid in the feeder acts like a water barometer.
Low atmospheric pressure pushes the water level up and the feeder will leak.
High pressure causes the liquid level to drop, thus no leaking.

2) As the day warms up the liquid expands and leaks out.

maby the birds beak broke it just buy a new 1

I've had several that do. I don't think there's a thing you can do to stop it. Just buy another one and throw out the leaker.

It needs a new gasket(the rubber thing).
