You don't drink it as though it was water, hun. You cook with them and use them as substitutes for your usual dresses and oils. Olive oil is great for the good kind of fat your body needs, and cider vinegar does tons of good things for you, but you shouldn't abuse it, or olive oil. Try your favourite recipes replacing butter or corn oil with olive oil, including pasta alone with olive oil is a great treat. Cider vinegar for your salads and meats will be great.
