What the hell do You mean You "ate too much candy from Yesterday"? That is a physical impossibility.You can never eat TOO MUCH CANDY!!!!!! I've heard about people like You......You're some kind of a Communist, aren't You?

Drink lots of fluids. Try eating some real food, maybe some mac and cheese or a baked potato.
