ok i am 13 years old a teen i know but anyway i asked a guy out and he hasnt answered yet it has been a week and we have not talked but we have shared many awkward stares like there is somthing he wants to say but idk if it is bad or good we use to be really good friends but now we barely tlk also should i confront him about not answering

Guys hate to answer questions.It scares them.Try yelling at him instead...Don't know why,but this seems to work better.

Let it go. He doesn't want to go out with you. Ask him if it's okay that you two can go back to just being friends and accept whatever answer he gives whether it's positive or negative.

if he doesn't answer, that means "no"
if he wanted to he would have said "yes", and he wouldn't have waited so long. Sorry, but it looks like a "no" from how i'm seeing it.
