I'm interested in this girl. She's talkative and outgoing, while I'm quiet alot and to myself. We're friends and she knows I like her, but she sends mixed messages . I want to have a relationship with her, but I don't know how to ask a girl who's loud and sarcastic at times like her. Does anyone know the best time to ask out a girl like this and when?

I don't know. If she's talkative, outgoing and loud what she sent you wasn't saying much. I'd pull back a little, and see what she does. Or, you could go against your nature and straight out ask.
