Eat carrots
Do eye exercises...
Hold your finger about 6 in from your face, look between your finger and an object more than 10 feet away, in a straight line, focus on your finger then focus on the object, repeat.
When you get tired of that.. look as far as you can right, left, up, and down without turning your head, roll your eyes in a circle.
Another one you could try would be to close your eyes and squeeze (not too hard, lol)
Rapid blinking.

I have had significant vision improvement results. I used to have an 'average' binocular eyesight (both eyes simulateously) of 4/20, but after one month my average binocular eyesight was increased to 10/20, and I have been having 'clear flashes' of 20/10. I know how ridiculous I must sound and how this all sounds impossible. But two days ago I was standing outside at a spot I normally go to where I can see for miles. While at that spot, I had a clear flash that probably was better than 20/10 and I could see the strands of people's hair from about 1/5 to 1/4 a mile away. The clear flashes are possible because vision is largely a mental process, There are optical illusions and other scientific studies which have illustrated this. I am about to paste something that some people have been upset at, because of reinforced beliefs in this society. You should read it anyway. I typed to someone else who asked a similar question as yours:
******************************
First, I must discredit the researchers in western society who are causing so much misinformation in the public. Many researchers think they're conclusive regarding things like the crystalline lens and its muscles but aren't due to the misleading Helmholtz's Theory of Accommodation. This theory changes nearly everything regarding what causes refractive errors and diseases of the eye, so researchers can very easily come to flawed conclusions. This theory is from 1855, and was not challenged for 140 years. Most eye researchers haven't even investigated this. Citation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helmholtz
This understanding of the researchers' own flawed conclusions, despite their RCCTs and double blind studies, is like a paradigm shift illusion, where you have a single picture that can be interpreted as either a rabbit or duck. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Duck-Rabbit_illusion.jpg You may not be aware there exists two different perceptions, until you have discovered both first.
So Wikipedia says it wasn't until the 1990s that the theory was challenged, Well, history has its own peculiarities (just like our misinformed society). One man already challenged it back in 1920 and he was the leading (and most respected) optometrist at the top school of optometry in the U.S. during his time (1900s-1920s), teaching optometrists himself, and also the founder of adrenaline. His name was William Bates. He found a problem with the theory, and he gave up 15 years of his strong beliefs as an Optometrist while investigating this. Eventually, he designed a method that could both prevent and reverse refractive errors and even serious eye diseases like congenital blindness, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration - because they all have a similar cause!
No one knows about it because it was covered up by the Board of Optometrists at that time. It's been regarded as nonsense quackery by scientists who never investigated Helmholtz's Theory, the very foundation of their knowledge - WHICH HASN'T BEEN 100% PROVEN. I have tried Bates own ideas and found that it indeed reversed my eyesight, and I am fairly sure it can also cure diseases of the eye. You can learn how to use your eyes without straining. What you do is try not to concentrate on what you're looking at and just "let it be". Also you need to learn how to not stare, but be sure to blink correctly and "shift" your eyes to relieve them of strain.
This is different than the misleading commercialized 'eye exercise' products that are out there. There have been several people using Bates method who originally started with eye exercises and found that 'eye exercises' were based on the wrong idea, and results were oftentimes only temporary. In addition, eye exercises cannot cure diseases of the eye by working out the eye muscles because that's just wrong. What part of your body moves more than any others? The eyes. Wouldn't it make sense, then, to say that the eye muscles must be fatigued, and need to be relaxed? Also, vision is largely a mental process, and you need to address vision through the mind. There are proven scientific studies on the brain controlling vision. A newborn sees the world upside-down because the image is projected that way on the retina. What flips that right way up? The brain. Bates taught people how to improve vision through the mind. He also found out that glasses are harmful and destroy sight, even though he used to prescribe them for 15 years before changing to his method.

By the way, I go under the alias Spock at the iblindness.org forums. Good luck.

I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.
I recently saw some improvement. Other people (who have also experienced improvements) have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at: http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog
Hope this helps...
