i would say-
65% in a relationship
(your life is just easier when you are in one!)
35% single
(you life can be a party when your single, but when the music is over your all alone).

I think that if you're happy with being single, then: 100% single, 0% in a relationship.........on the other hand, if you're hating being single(like me): 100% in a relationship, 0% single
It's really up to you, and how you feel!

hmmm well i love being single, its so much fun! no one to be tied to, and you can always hangout with your friends. however, i think after college graduation having a boyfried would be better. not for high school. so i guess in high school 80% single and 20% relationship, and after college when your older 20% single and 80% boyfriend

Being single is definatley the easy and simple life. If i could stay single and get a piece every now and then. I would like it.

100% relationship. We are pack animals and we don't do well by ourselves (alone). Of course once you are in a relationship there will be days you wish you where single.

I agree with misty eyes in that it's not a percentage thing. Man's basic drive is to procreate...that may sound animalistic, but in essence man is incomplete by himself. Men and women are counterparts to each other and cannot be complete alone.
But that's just my opinion.

I guess it depends who you are. I say 65% single (as i have been and am) and only about 35% relationship
