Seriously, could you cope with a godless world? It's an important question because if the truth is that you couldnt, then we already have the basis for your "faith".
Would you even have "faith" if you could cope with this concept? I mean, the idea of "faith" doesnt come to us as a rational thing. I certainly dont have faith that Jihadists will suddenly stop hating my culture and civilization is I do X, Y and Z.
I dont have faith that "everything will work out". Instead, I go to work so I can make sure that my income will meet the expenses, and thus, prevent things from not working out.

it depends on the individual person as some would be just fine and some would struggle to cope with that particular reality hell the sad part is that some might even commit suicide

You revealed your faith. It is that by going to work you can make sure that your income will meet the expenses..... Yet you can not absolutely know this. You may be fired or laid off, come down with cancer or who knows what. Faith in God is not a faith with no basis. It is based on knowledge. God has revealed Himself and has shown His works. As one learns to trust Him and as He demonstrates His faithfulness to them their faith grows accordingly. Its really not just some sort of wishful thinking. I have had lots of things in my life that I thought I could control suddenly change yet I have never had God fail on what He has promised.

I could, because I don't believe in God in the first place, but honestly, most people probably couldnt. How many people claim to have been saved and have better lives because of Jesus? Millions. Becase Jesus is there to make you feel better about yourself when you mess up. You mess up? Don't worry, God will forgive you. Without that, people wouldn't know what to do with themselves. And many people are good people [in the sense they try not to hate, try to be charitable, that kind of thing] simply because they think they are 'living for jesus". Without Jesus, who do they have to be nice for?
Jesus is our government's way of keeping us [well, a lot of us] under control.
And to the person who asked 'how do you prove he's not real'?
How do you prove he is?
I'm gonna believe logic over a bunch of fairy tales from some book. A book who's author is unknown.

Yes, I've already faced that possibility, and I coped with it just fine. However, I came to the conclusion that I'm nearly 100% certain that there is a God. I don't worry about it anymore.
Now, if there isn't a God, and this is all in my head, I've lost nothing. So it doesn't bother me one bit.

If God never existed, than neither would anything else. If you remove the creator, the creation cannot exist.
