If there are any of the following impediments:

Consanguinity or affinity within the prohibited degrees: Relationship by blood or marriage between persons who are forbidden by civil or canon law from contracting a marriage.

Coercion: The exercise of physical or psychological threat against a person by another party or parties to the extent that free consent by that person cannot be given. The proverbial "shotgun wedding" falls into this category.

Lack of capacity for free consent: Inability to sufficiently understand the nature of Christian Marriage such that a truly free commitment to it can be made.

Mistake as to the identity of either party: This is self-explanatory.

Mental deficiency of such kind as to render free consent improbable: This is a variation of the previously mentioned lack of capacity.

Insanity: The presence of a pathological inability to recognize, appropriate, and/or act upon reality.

Prepubescence on the part of either party: Failure to reach the age of puberty, which of course rules out the procreation of children (one of the major purposes of marriage) and nearly always indicates insufficient capacity to make the free commitment necessary to sacramental marriage.

Undisclosed impotence: The emphasis here is on "undisclosed": It must be known to exist by the man and not have been disclosed to his intended spouse. Known inability to complete the sexual act on the part of either party, so long as it remains undisclosed to the other, constitutes an impediment.

Undisclosed venereal disease: This is self-explanatory, and includes AIDS and herpes infections.

Existing obligations inconsistent with a valid marriage: This includes all cases where there is a previous union, and the former spouse is still living, which has not been declared null by the appropriate ecclesiastical authority. It also includes cases in which either or both parties are under ecclesiastical vows which have not been dispensed by proper authority.

Celibacy is a discipline of the Church and Historically married Priest caused much more corruption than all those ranting against the 1-2% of Priest guilty of pedophilia. Which by the way is much more a problem in Protestant Churches and with married people period. You can listen to the idiots who claim a unmarried Priest is more likely to commit pedophilia or you can spend some time checking out the truth of who 99% of paedophilia's are by doing a little research. A survey was taken by i believe the pew group who asked Catholic Priest how they felt about there work and it was almost 100% but not quite who answered they were very satisfied and happy in there chosen calling. Which no other group of people could even come close to that large of a percentage of both happiness and satisfaction even with married couples to boot.

I got diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about 3 years back, when I was still attending college and had a mindless one-night stand. I realize lots of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/cz1Jw everything got better.

Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the hsv from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method provided the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.
