How can I get my hair like this?

How can I get my hair like this [the part where she is in the blue top]? Do I need it cut a certain way?

and my hair is a little more wavey then that.. is there any way I can make it a little more straight without actually straightening it. oh and i don`t really want to use a hair dryer because it just makes my hair fluffy, but if that`s what i need to do i can try. but yeah please just look and tell me how i can make my hair like that. oh and my hair is almost black, so if i got highlights would that be enough to look like that? or would i need to completely dye my hair to get it to look that color?

It would be pretty hard to get it like that, she probably had a team of hairdressers to do that for her.

But this is what I would do get a layered hair cut plus highlights, once you have that wash your hair, towel dry, smooth some volume mousse into your hair, put your hair in large curlers, blow dry with the curlers still in untill completely dry, so then take out the curlers and it should resemble the hair you want hopefully.

Or just take a picture to the hairdressers and say I want this.

you can put in some hair gel or hair spray or even suave moose.And get a little bit of highlights and u will be fine.By the way her name with the blue sweater is Paula DeAnda.

dye it
