Yes it will work, like said above, make sure you either have the cats replaced or get some O2 simulators if you take the cats off, but if you live in a place where they do the sniff test, like california, leave the cats on.

As long as you run two cats and make sure all of your o2 sensors are in place, your truck should run just fine. If you want to save some cash, go two into one cat, and then a really good cat back system from Gibson or Borla, cats are expensive.

Sure, it will run fine, make sure you have 1 cat converter per side and it will be fine.
