Some planes have electrical hookups at some seats. This varies by airline and by aircraft. Go to http://seatguru.com and look up your airline and plane type (you can get the plane type from your itinerary) and see if you can get a seat near the electrics. You may need a special adapter but seatguru will tell you what kind of electric it is so you can buy the right one.
You can also buy battery-powered chargers in many of the airport newsstands these days. That might be a better option as the electric drops in airplanes are in hot demand and usually you have to be a member of that airline's frequent flyer program to be able to select a seat near one.

No, Currently there is no way that I am aware of. However, in the airport you can rapid charge for a fee. Be proactive vs reactive and check before you get on a plane and charge what you need.
Just like you can't buy batteries on a plane either!

I don't believe so, because for safety concerns, there is no accessible forms of energy to passengers. Even the headphones are just tubes which pipe the sound to your ear. There's no way to harness the energy coming from the headphone jack.

Some planes do have laptop chargers, but lower cost airlines like Jetblue and Southwest don't.
