1. depends on what u are using it for? house wiring?
thinking 14 gage wire

2.GRC -Geothermal Resources Council
PVC- plastic victloic conductor or Poly Vinal Chloride, what pvc is made of.

3. National Electric Manufacture Associates recommends it be used for Electroabsorpton modulators. meaning waterproof for outdoor use.
