I want to use Microsoft office live basic (its free) but it requires coredit card to vefiry and I don't have one.
So can I use visa giftcard as a credit card?

If it asks for a 16-digit card number and you have one on your card it may work. Although it may not because it wants to confirm what age you are.

Most gift cards will only be accepted for an actual purchase. So I doubt it will work for you in this situation.

You do have another alternative to MS Office. Try www.openoffice.org for a free program that is totally compatible with MS Office.
