I tried Bittorrent, Azureus and BitLord and I'm getting 1kB per sec, but when i download a file from internet explorer im getting 170kb

it doesn't matter how fast your internet is, its based on how much bandwidth the person your downloading the file from is sharing. if you want to try another program try Utorrent, its what I use and the files im downloading right now are running at 147 kb/s.
