Goliath was six cubits and a span or 2.9 metres, or 9' 6".
His weight is not recorded, however, his coat of mail weighed 5,000 shekels (57 kg; 126 lb) and the iron blade of his spear weighed 600 shekels (6.8 kg; 15 lb).
To carry that on your back, he must have weighed quite a bit!

No idea on his weight. But the oldest manuscripts of the Old Testament (Septuagint and Dead Sea Scrolls, c. 1st century BC) list Goliath as about 6' 5" (four cubits and a span).
Later manuscripts (the oldest dating to the 9th century AD) embelish Goliath's height, and list it at nearly 9 foot tall.

Goliath, a giant towering to the height of six cubits and a span (about 9.5 ft). He is so monstrous that his coat of mail weighs about 125Â pounds and the blade of his spear about 15Â pounds.
Goliath was one of the Rephaim; he may have been a mercenary soldier with the Philistine army.
This is all of the information pertaining to Goliath in the Bible.
