Go to soldierangels.com and register and they will send you addresses of soldiers so that you can write to them.

Being prior military, I appreciate you wanting to send a thank you note to our servicemembers overseas. In order to do so, I would check with your local USO and see if they have a program running to do such a thing. If you would care to donate money, then the USO has different programs that allow servicemembers to call home to their families and speak with them. It's tough being overseas and away from your families, and every minute that they get to speak with someone they care about is precious and grateful.

anysoldier.com contacting the nearest USO, and if you live near a base/fort then the best thing would be contacting one of the chaplins there. They usually have contact with some of the chaplins that are deployed, and might be able to even give you email addresses.

I returned from Iraq about a year ago, getting a letter made that day 100X better. My best advice is to contact the USO. They can give you all the information you need.

FOr the marines you can do a search for "Motomail".Follow the links.That is Marines only though.
