Oh yes Of course they say polio and the plague are gone for good. But if youve noticed chicken pox kills more people now more than ever. Also the flue is worse. Everytime you get a cold its worse. They come out with more vaccines for children every yers to try to protect them from all the thing that our bodies are subject to. The amount of immagrants and people that travel to foriegn countries are bringing different straines of disease. Its scarry but true.

Yes some of the old diseases are back, but mainly because we have so much human migration now days. People from countries where immunization is not as widespread as the US can travel very easily now. They come here and spread diseases that we thought were gone. Most people don't even know they are carriers. Some parents have chosen not to vaccinate, for fear of side effects and religious reasons and that puts their children at very high risk of getting the disease at school or even in the neighborhood. Some diseases like bird flu or west nile virus travel from east to west as the birds migrate. Hope this helps.

Some new case of diseases which were treated with vaccines are resurfacing in countries in africa.chicken pus for instance.

I do know that in the disaster affected area of the Gulf Coast (New Orleans, Mississippi, etc) they are seeing tuberculosis, small pox and other diseases that supposed are not really around anymore.

yes since the illegals have been coming over in droves. tuberculosis is running rapisd again, polio stds you name it theyre bringing it with them.
