Ok I have liked this guy for a few months and i just found out that he kinda likes me, and i would really like to go out with him but he is a total freeze?!

Warm up to him. Ask him how he's doing, and make small talk with him first. Then after he starts to open up, try throwing in a compliment here and there. Tell him that he smells good, or that you like what he's wearing. By the time you know it, you two will be hitting it off. The worst thing you can do is not talk to him, cause if you don't, then he'll never know that you're interested in him either. Good Luck :)

Ask him out over AIM or another messenger service. It's quite unlikely that he will ask you out, even if someone tells him that you loke him. So YOU need to ask HIM, but he might get nervous if you ask him in person so use a messenger or email so that he's more comfortable.
Looking at the answers, I agree with The Date Doctor 100%. Just do something crazy like that to break the ice. Again, make sure he likes you first.

You're going to have to ask him out. If you're a little too shy, get creative. I gave mine a Christmas card with my number in it and wrote down what I was too shy to say - that was 7 years ago and 2 kids earlier :-) good luck!

You can't get a shy boy to ask you out, you've gotta ask HIM out!
Or you could wait forever until he's finally ready to make that move, or you could do it the faster way and ask him out.
If he likes you, don't worry about being turned down!

i agree with all so far! you know he is shy so by you asking him out would make him less of a freeze and maybe a better relationship with you!

Invite him out to a coffee or something as a friendly encounter at first, and then go from there. There is NOTHING wrong with asking him out though.

Probably you are in a school, its not necessary to establish relationshp OUTside of the school. Do not learn from those movies. Use your own brain. Real life is very different from hollywood romance.

I usually don't give this as advice, but since he is shy, then you have to have self confidence. Go up to him, and kiss him. It will take his breath away! Just make sure he has feelings for you before you do that.
