go say hi to her and make a little small talk if you can then maybe try to casually ask her out let her know you haveseen her around and have been wanting to talk to her but didn't wanna freak her out and since her friend approached you thought you would give it a shot did i mention to tell her you think she's pretty?worse she can do is say no and no harm done right ? good luck!

go up to her and ask her would she like to go to the movies on friday night she can say yes or no if it's no walk away if it's yes tell her what time you'll pick her up if you got a car or invite her to your house to study and watch tv with you and have popcorn and soft drinks

nothing, just go out on a date, a movie is best b/c you don't have to spend to much time talking and any awkwardness won't be too bad.. it's an ice breaker kinda.. make sense?
