I notice his eyes and his smile. The way he talks and acts. I like guys who are a gentleman and open doors for a woman. Chemistry and personality is key when meeting someone for the first time. Sometimes it is there and other times it's not.

Her eyes first, then her face. If it is wrinkled up and she is sticking her finger down her throat, I figure she is not into me and will move on.
