Hundreds, if not thousands. Christians are pros at creating their own groups (and some are quite good at labeling others as well). Linked below you will find a wikipedia article which will give you some idea of the varying denominations and sects within Christianity.

A Christian is a Christian. The denominations are just a matter of worship style.

Lots but I don't know the number. The thing is though, most all teach from the Holy Bible. Notice I said most, not all. Fortunately in this country you have Freedom of Religion so you can believe what you wish. This is something you don't have in Iraq and most of the countries in the Middle East. You are Muslim or you are dead.

More than one could count, I would imagine. There are over 140 Methodist denominations alone. Not to mention that there are thousands of non-denominational churches.

Countless. There's a quip that goes....if you gather 10 christians in a room, chances are that you will find at least 11 different sects represented.

Lots of wannabee's, many different congregations, but only one true church made up of every person born again by the Spirit of God and made members of Christ and they are found in many churches under many names.

There's a lot... many with only minor nuances between beliefs. Usually nothing major, but sometimes there are major differences like worshiping Mary, or worshiping ONLY GOD.

there are many different denominations of the christian faith, with probaly 10 -20 major ones, such as mormonsim, the jehovahs, catholics, protestants, and others!

There are hundreds of thousands of Christian denominations. Most denominations are Protestant ones and are very independent, consisting usually of only a handful, if not only one, congregation.
