I have coughed so much that i have pulled muscles in my front and back ribs on the left side.

yes u can its a brace i have one from when i broke 2 ribs

I did that too not too long ago. Get some good cough medication(look for something with dextromethorphan as the cough suppressant and guaifenesin as the expectorant...Robatussin or the like) and cough drops to suck on to reduce your coughing. You can try wrapping your ribs, but I dont know what it would do for a pulled muscle. I had an upper respiratory infection and the coughing is what killed me.

Yes you can wrap your ribs. If you have a long towel, I suggest wrapping your ribs with that, rather than an actual bandage.

If you're in pain and feel like you need relief, try soaking the towel in cool water and then wrapping it around you, but don't leave a wet towel on for long, just enough to ease you.

If you're truly worried, go to the A&E.

Yes, but this is inadvisable because it inhibits breathing and can lead to pneumonia. A better idea is to pull a pillow really tight to your tummy when you cough.

Go to the DR. and get a cough medecine. you may have asthma or phneumonia or bronchitis. You need care. If you wrap yourself it will still hurt. Yes you can wrap but, you need medecine.
