According to the Bible, there is no sin or sickness in heaven. The only war in heaven started when an angel tried to take over God's job. He convinced others to follow him in this quest. After they lost the fight, they were sent to earth. The Devil and his angels are still convincing others to follow them. Sin (actions against God) will never be in heaven again! All the followers of Satin will live in eternal punishment(Hell) for ever!!!

To answer this question, then one must ask oneself why is sin considered sin and why is it taboo. In some religions, eating pork is forbidden due to the pork being very difficult to cook and cleanse of harmful bateria. Therefore why bother when you can avoid eating it in the first place? The bible says the wages of sin are death and many taboos have similiar reasons behind it.
So heaven could very much a place of great sin with the negative conquences removed.
