why does my red dye turn black after I apply it and wait like 20 mins????

naturally dark hair is more likely to show over a light hair color.

Because you can't dye black skin red. lol

are you talking about hair dye? my brown hair color dye starts out this funky orange color and becomes dark brown when it is done.
