Paddy finds an old bottle at the bottom of his garden, opens it, genie pops out with the three wishes routine. Paddy says i wish i was in the pub, sure enough it happens, i wish i had a never ending pint of Guinness, up it comes on the bar, he drinks the lot and says "tis the best pint of Guinness I've ever tasted" and the glass immediately fills up again and again. The genie says what would you like for your last wish? Paddy says "I'll have another one of those"

I got a good chuckle out of that.
My only suggestion is that you somehow just make it more clear that she wants a second never ending beer, because it just took a sec to sink in the way you worded it. Once it did though I thought it was pretty good, you're definitely on to something.
Maybe in another version she could ask for something arbritrary like a coaster (because she's set), or for a cot or something.
