My Dog has pusy looking pimples all over his skin, could this be from rolling in prickles?

They are generally worse on his chest and stomach, and some are very hard and lumpy, we have a lot of prickles in the yard so i think this is whats causing it, any suggestions?

Mow the lawn?

Could be an allergy to the weed. You can give your pet Benadryl, call the vet or check the Internet for dosage. Also try Cortisone Cream on the spots. If it works, then it's an allergy...could even be a food allergy. If not seek your Vet's advise.
