I was an atheist for most of my life, and when asked what I would accept as proof of God's existence, I always replied that I would have to feel him in order to believe. One night, this past Thanksgiving to be exact, instead of mocking God as I had done for 31 years, I called out to Him. I was instantly rewarded with the most intense feeling of a LOVE so pure, so peaceful, I knew immediately what was happening. I was completely wrapped in His warmth. It was a humbling experience, one I never expect to feel again. Needless to say, I am no longer an atheist.

I think its different for each person because each person's relationship with the Father is different. But, for me, I have felt His presence and I have felt chills and utter peace and calm.
