He probably digs you. Unless his teasing is actually mean and it's one of those uncomfortable laughs. But if he teases you over stupid little things then he is probably just finding some way to connect with you.

Well, here is my opinon if tease to the point that hurt your feeling like make you want to cried than I did not think he like you but he joking like a friend would kid aorund about something stupid you did than maybe he like you...I hope this helps if you tell an example than i could say more

People said when girls are being bad to a guy is most likely to like him and doesn't want him to know and maybe some guys do it too. If u like him tell him, if u don't stay friends with him and stop thinking so much.

Yes that is a tell tail sign a guy likes you. he eather makes fun of you or picks on you. Try to get signs if he likes you.

Me and one of my close guy friends do that too, but he hasnt asked me out ever, but his friends say that he likes me. So I'd say see how things are doing, and if he starts flirting with you more, then make a move, but keep it subtle.
