It's a fine. Abortion in the bible is clearly a property crime with the father of the child requiring compensation. There is no sense of murder or even of outrage. It draws no more mention than the killing of a goat.

I can't believe these Christians didn't realize this - the "strive" and "fruit" were dead giveaways. Exodus 21:22:

If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.

Not Murder.

The woman shall leave him!... and all future women need to learn how to question men to discover them! It is easy, if a man hides his past! leave him! You should be able to work this out within the first three dates! If not then within a month... the smarter you are the faster you will understand! Same law for women, boys!

Any pregnant woman walking around with fruit in her pants ought to be hurt!!

Seriously though - he should be arrested for assaulting a woman. The unborn zygote inside her is not yet human.

A baby is well protected in the womb. That lady who had her parachute malfunction gave birth to a healthy baby. If you hit a woman so hard she has a miscarriage you need to be charged with attempted murder, for trying to kill that woman.

Murder, unless the woman was having an abortion. It's still murder, but legal.
