For the simple rule of cause and effect for existance. There is the will of GOD, the will of angels, the will of satan, and the will of man. Any TRUE believer already knows that GOD is in control of everything. But do not confuse your wisdom with HIS. One was created and the other always WAS/IS. GOD of course could have made a world without trials and tribulations. Not just of the unseen, but that which would reign supreme on the physical realm. But a true gift from GOD is thought. Not that of another's, but that which belongs to YOU alone. How would one know the mercy of GOD without knowing how severe HE could be? How would one apreciate peace without knowing pain first? One would not even be able to appreciate it.
Why would Yaweh create sin? Why would HE create mankind on a whole? Or an earth? Or heavens? The path of life which involves trial and error. Tribulations and outcomes which in the long run will make YOU who you will become. Already written. PEACE!

Yahweh did not create sin. Men created sin when they disobeyed God.
Read in Genesis where the serpent--the devil--tempted Eve!

He did not and even he is a victim of it because he repented in the bible in Gen-6:6,7 & Ex-32:14, which meant Yahweh sins too. It always existed.

Sin, from the Latin, literally means to be lacking, or without, and this is by comparison to Absolute Perfection, which is the same as Absolute Truth: All-Selfsubsistant, rather than relative existence: contingence. Therefore sin is merely speaking the difference between what is eternal vs what is temporary, or lacking fullness to be complete within itself.
In other words...
What ever is complete within itself is not lacking and therefore not sin, i.e. Holy [or whole] Spirit, and whatever depends on other than itself, such as material bodies and light, is lacking, and therefore sin by comparison.
For example: Lucifer literally means light bearer, and The Satan (Lucifer fallen to earth) is used to refer to being obsessed with the preservation of material means, such as gold, earthly dominion, physical bodies etc. which by nature itself must change. It is for these reason that it is said God is the creator of light and darkness, and the universe, because the relative existence is engendered by the absolute reality.
Light only exists by its contrast to empty space/darkness, likewise material, is known to be material, by its lacking the properties of immateriality. Whilst God is not defined at all except to be the Source of engendering for all comparative attributes, and endowed with all eternity and selfsubsisting/perfect attributes, which are inseperable from each other, and therefore Holy, but viewed thru the prismality of light become the known virtues.
God is simplex, the First of First Principles.

God created sin no more than GM created a flat tire. What God made was good, and between Satan and us, it was ruined.

God created the Law
God created humans with free will.
Humans freely chose to break God's Law.
Sin is a deliberate thought, word, deed, or omission contrary to the eternal law of God.
In other words, sin is anything that hurts your relationship with God.
With love in Christ.
